NewAn email when someone new follows you—one a day at most, with a Follow back link. The weekly-note switch in Settings covers it.
NewLog it again. Rewatch, reread, replay, relisten or revisit anything, and every time keeps its own date.

ChangedUploads add to your library instead of replacing it. Drop in a newer export anytime and only what's new comes in—nothing already on your shelves is touched. Removing an upload is its own step.
